Question of great importance. Are you going to cheer, boo, or remain neutral with regards to Bondra?
Well,I was lucky last season,during my last vist to DC,thanks to Jason Lacanfora and GM-GM to meet Bonzai,and he spent some time with us chatting,posed with me and my daughter for lots of pics,then gave me a signed stick. He was,in every sense,a true superstar,and it was a joy to meet him.
He is,by far,the biggest ever producer this team has ever had,and for so many seasons,our one true bright spot.
I was very disapointed about the way he done things during the summer,and should have stated straight away that he didnt really want to come back anyway,but thats fine now,I feel the team will develop a new /better identity.
I will stand and applaud,with vigour,when he is announced,as he brought so many great times (and goals) but after that,when the game starts,I will be just intrested in the guys in black.
Would love him to get a goal,as I have been over the pond for 5 Caps games,and was gutted to have never seen him score,but as long as we win 5-1
