It's still very powerful stuff; we've learned it's also very well tolerated in the face of a lot side effects (see this and this). My only caution about that is, for as long I've been taking it my acne hasn't been much improved (it was a few years back, and I'm back on that medication now). It'll take me a while to figure out better strategy.
I also find the drug works pretty well as a "titration" strategy to treat the symptoms of my acne – I just put in a few drops, and that's about all I'm taking. I only need a couple per treatment in order to see a significant reduction in my acne, and I still get acne every once in a while (especially spring/summer when all

I really don't want to get off Phenibut, but if I had to, definitely would, and I am trying to do that!

For those who are not familiar with Cyproterone acetate (CPA) and its sister compound, would like to more fully know what is meant by this compound, we are providing brief summary:
Cyproterone acetate binds cyproterone acetate stop hair loss to cells and is metabolized cyprolactin, which released. Because CPA is metabolized into cyprolactin, it less effective in stimulating natural testosterone production. This, together with Cyproterone's low binding to cells, makes cilindrins effective in the treatment of acne (although, in some people Cyproterone acetate may be more effective). However, both cyproterone acetate and cilindrins are also anti-androgenic contraindicated in patients with androgen deficiency syndromes.
The next question that I often get about this compound is whether it can be used as a treatment for prostate cancer. I am of the opinion that this compound should also not be used for this purpose.
We see cases of prostate cancer where there are increased levels of both CPA and its metabolite. The reason for this is likely due to excess body oils being generated in the prostatic gland from testosterone supplementation, with elevated levels of CPA being produced from both estrogen and orrogens.
What is a prostate-specific antigen, you might ask? It's the most well-known test for presence of prostatic disease. An elevated prostate-specific antigen (PSA) means the prostate gland cyproterone acetate cost in that person will have been enlarged. As such, the risk of prostate cancer is increased, while the amount of PSA should not be elevated for this reason. While there is plenty of debate as to whether testosterone supplementation should be recommended to individuals with elevated PSA, as it can be, for most men with prostate cancer that they already have PSA levels normal, there is no reason for them to continue taking testosterone supplements help them to normalize their levels of PSA once it's already raised.
